
The following outlines how your company may sponsor the Hugh O'Brian Youth Maryland Leadership Seminar at several monetary levels, and the benefits you will receive in doing so. Sponsors are always needed at every level and of course you may donate above, below, and between each level.

In recognition of a $10,000 cash donation, each Leadership sponsor will receive the following benefits:
- Your company will be identified as a supporter of HOBY Maryland Leadership in materials at HOBY events year-round. These events could include: fundraising events, Community Leadership Workshops (CLEWS), HOBY alumni reunions and more.
- Your company will be the presenting organization of an event of the HOBY seminar of your choice such as our Volunteer Service Project, Corporate Luncheon, Panel Presentation, or Leadership Labs
- Your company will be identified as a major underwriter of the Maryland Seminar in all materials distributed to local and regional press.
- Your company's name and/or logo will be featured on signage (including banners, registration signs, etc.) for the duration of the seminar.
- Your company's name and/or logo will be featured prominently on all ambassador and staff t-shirts
- Your company will be identified as a supporter on the HOBY Maryland webpage, http://www.hobymd.org/, with a color logo and link prominently displayed on the index, main, sponsorship, and links pages.
- Your company may send up to five representatives to join our ambassadors at the HOBY Business Luncheon (an opportunity for students to explore career fields by dining in small groups with business leaders.
- A company representative will be presented with an award and given the opportunity to make brief remarks to attendees at either the business luncheon, or the seminar's closing ceremonies.
- A HOBY ambassador will submit a written article to a company publication about the importance of your support and be scheduled for a personal appearance and speaking engagement both at your request.
- Your company will receive a full-page advertisement in a premiere page of the seminar program book (e.g. inside or rear cover, centerfold, etc.)
- Your contribution will be recognized in the HOBY Maryland electronic newsletter (distribution to volunteers, supporting organizations, former ambassadors, etc.)
- Your company may provide, at its cost, favors, promotional materials, sample product etc. to attending ambassadors. It may be possible, through agreement with the volunteer organizing committee, to conduct market research via survey, etc. with our attending ambassadors.
- You will receive special recognition as an acknowledgement in the seminar program book.
In recognition of a $7,500 cash donation, each O'Brian sponsor will receive the following benefits:
- Your company will be identified as a supporter of HOBY Maryland Leadership in materials at a single HOBY Community Leadership Workshop (CLEW) and the HOBY Alumni Reunion.
- Your company will be the presenting organization of a meal of the HOBY seminar- the meal will be identified with your company name in our program and the company will be given vocal recognition at the meal.
- Your company will be identified as a major underwriter of the Maryland Seminar in all materials distributed to local and regional press.
- Your company's name and/or logo will be featured prominently on all ambassador and staff t-shirts
- Your company will be identified as a supporter on the HOBY Maryland webpage, http://www.hobymd.org/, with a link prominently displayed on the index page and main page, and a color logo and link on the sponsorship and links pages.
- Your company may send up to four representatives to join our ambassadors at the HOBY Business Luncheon (an opportunity for students to explore career fields by dining in small groups with business leaders.

- Your company may send up to three representatives to join our ambassadors at the HOBY Business Luncheon (an opportunity for students to explore career fields by dining in small groups with business leaders.)
- A company representative will be presented with an award at either the business luncheon, or the seminar's closing ceremonies.
- A HOBY ambassador will submit a written article to a company publication about the importance of your support or be scheduled for a personal appearance and speaking engagement each at your request.

- Your company may send up to two representatives to join our ambassadors at the HOBY Business Luncheon (an opportunity for students to explore career fields by dining in small groups with business leaders.)
- A company representative will be presented with an award at either the business luncheon, or the seminar's closing ceremonies.

In recognition of a $1,000 cash donation, each Seminar sponsor will receive the following benefits:
- Your company will be identified as a supporter on the HOBY Maryland webpage, http://www.hobymd.org/, with a link displayed on the sponsorship page.
- Your company may send a representative to join our ambassadors at the HOBY Business Luncheon (an opportunity for students to explore career fields by dining in small groups with business leaders.)
- The volunteer planning committee will give your company verbal recognition at the business luncheon and at the seminar closing ceremonies.
- A HOBY ambassador will be scheduled for a personal appearance and speaking engagement at your request.
- Your company will receive a half-page ad in the seminar program book.
- Your contribution will be recognized in the HOBY Maryland electronic newsletter (distribution to volunteers, supporting organizations, former ambassadors, etc.)

- Your company or organization will receive a quarter-page ad in the HOBY seminar program book
- Your contribution will be recognized in the HOBY Maryland electronic newsletter (distribution to volunteers, supporting organizations, former ambassadors, etc.)
- Your company or organization may provide, at its cost, favors, promotional materials, sample product etc. to attending ambassadors.
- You will receive special recognition as an acknowledgement in the seminar program book.
- You will be identified as a supporter on the HOBY Maryland webpage, http://www.hobymd.org/, as text on the sponsorship page.
- You will receive a biography of your student ambassador and a personalized thank-you note from your student
- Your HOBY ambassador will submit a written article to a company publication about the importance of your support or be scheduled for a personal appearance and speaking engagement at your request.
- You will receive special recognition as an acknowledgement in the seminar program book.
- All gifts-in-kind sponsors will receive benefits as mentioned above, commensurate with the cash value of the donation made
- You will be given vocal recognition of your donation upon its usage at the seminar.
- You will receive special recognition as an acknowledgement in the seminar program book.
